一、進口閘閥概述

進口閘閥，American Standard cast steel gate valve，也叫美標API閘閥，美標ANSI閘閥，美標磅級閘閥，是指采用鑄鋼的閥體材質，制造和設計標準采用API或者ANSI的美國標準的閘閥，適用于ANSI Class 150~2500，工作溫度＜600℃的石油、化工、火力電站等各種工況的管路上，切斷或接通管路介質。適用介質為：水、油品、氣體用等。

三、進口美標閘閥產品特點：
①美標閘閥產品設計制造符合美國國家標準ANSIB16.34，美國石油學會標準AP16D和API600要求。
②美標閘閥結構緊湊、體積小、剛性好、密封安全可靠。
③美標閘閥關閉件（閘板）采用彈性結構，在工作中能自動補償由于異常負荷或溫度引起的閥體變形。因此，密封可靠，并且不會產生閘板楔柱。
④美標閘閥公稱通徑大于等于NPS1011，壓力級400磅級和公稱通徑大于等于NPSS611、壓力級600～2500磅級的手動閥門，其操做裝置中配有滾動軸承，啟閉輕松。
